Recently I read on a legit source called WebMd that the 1st step to healthy weight is checking your BMI. For most people, these are good clues to whether they are at a healthy weight. It also noted that if your not at a healthy weight you can expose yourself to health related problems. This source also states that BMI can be different based on gender and ethnicity. However don't think that just because you checked your BMI that your healthy, you still should consult a physician.
This information is useful to reader's because it establishes some sort of a start for those interested in healthy weight to know where to begin. Furthermore I believe it will give people inspiration to set a goal and achieve it. I truly believe as a whole if we can help each in this country with a weight loss we will be able to lose the "obese epidemic" that has plagued our country.

How to love exercising to have a healthy weight........
A recent article I read from the popular organization Weight Watchers, spoke about helping those exercise and have fun doing it. It speaks about 2 major ways to help you turn boring exercise into an actual fun activity. The article goes into detail on how to help yourself become more involved and in tuned into wanting to work out. It also explains that not only do regular people get bored exercising but fit athletes we see daily on television get bored just as much as the next person.
Once you read this article hopefully you understand that exercise can help if you are willing to help yourself. This article should motivate those who are interested in having a healthy weight achieve there goal. People must not forget that a healthy weight means not being obese and not being skinny. I say that to say you can be skinny and be considered unhealthy. Check the article out from Weight Watchers for more details about this topic.....
