Weight Management - Are You at a Healthy Weight?

Recently I read on a legit source called WebMd that the 1st step to healthy weight is checking your BMI. For most people, these are good clues to whether they are at a healthy weight. It also noted that if your not at a healthy weight you can expose yourself to health related problems. This source also states that BMI can be different based on gender and ethnicity. However don't think that just because you checked your BMI that your healthy, you still should consult a physician.

This information is useful to reader's because it establishes some sort of a start for those interested in healthy weight to know where to begin. Furthermore I believe it will give people inspiration to set a goal and achieve it. I truly believe as a whole if we can help each in this country with a weight loss we will be able to lose the "obese epidemic" that has plagued our country.
